I was very pleased with my first appointment at With Dr. Ottersen Family Dentistry. Everyone there were friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly. I definitely recommend Dr. Otto soon and her staff.

My hygienist Amy is very skilled, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Rather than my cleaning being a time of anxiety, I was actually blessed by it. And although I didn't need to see Dr. Ottesen this day (but will again soon), I'd like to add that she is very professional, kind, and highly skilled in her work. She did some work on my teeth last year with no problems at all, and a perfect bite fit at the end. She has also helped me with advice about the right products for my particular dental needs. Dr Ottesen and her staff are professional, experienced and very pleasant. I chipped my front tooth in the morning and they responded quickly to fix my tooth that same day. I have been going to her for over a year and never had a bad experience. Highly recommended recommend.
From the time I approached the door and had my temp taken to the time I checked out I was impressed by the cleanliness of the office, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of service I received.
This was my second visit to Dr Ottessen’s practice and it was as professional and efficiently run as my first visit. The staff actually smiles, despite wearing facemasks, and they make you feel welcome. I didn’t feel like I am in a production line. My dental hygienist held an actual conversation with me and it was very enjoyable just being there. I highly recommend this practice.
