Downing did a port surgery twice in my son. BOTH TIMES he put in a port that was not agreed upon and too big for my son's body. We even made it clear not to repeat it with the second port, and he still did. Wasn't sorry either. He will NEVER touch my kids again!!
Dr Downing has done 3 pediatric surgeries for our kiddos. Always very caring and professional. The guy just projects competence. I don't know what they are paying him but they should double it!
