I visited this office for the first time five days ago with severe, chronic back pain. The offices are very nice. Dr. Cohen was very nice as well as the nurse practioner. The medical assistant was also very nice..Dr. Cohen seems very knowledgeable and hope to have a an outpatient surgical procedure with him in the near future hopefully! I was there 3 hrs. so it was a very long process. I highly recommend this office.
I visited this office for the first time five days ago with severe, chronic back pain. Dr. Cohen was very nice as well as the nurse practioner. I was there 3 hrs. The office seems unorganized. After explaining to Dr. Cohen the chronic, severe back pain I have he said he would call a pain med & lidocaine patch into my pharmacy. I provided my pharmacy number. The next day Walgreens tells they didn't have anything. Everyday I call and they say nothing has been called in. I am tired of sending their office messages all week thro... read more
