I’m writing this review because I’ve been dealing with ongoing sinus issues. Today, I saw an ENT specialist, and unfortunately, my appointment didn’t go very well. It made me want to come back and recognize Dr. Marc A. Riedl because he truly is an amazing doctor. Even though my sinus issues ultimately weren’t caused by allergies, Dr. Riedl still took the time to listen, carefully reviewed my chart, and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Riedl is an amazing, caring doctor. He spent a long initial visit with me going over my history, explaining more about my condition, and imagining possible treatments. He also brainstormed other doctors and specialists I might benefit from seeing, and he was great with follow up communication and support. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Riedl, and anyone with allergy/immunology issues would be lucky to see him from across the world.
