Oh, Dr. Milia..what a doctor is all I can say. He is professional and personable. If there's an issue he can fix, he will. I'd recommend (and do) as much as possible. If you do what you're suppose to with therapy, it'll be a win win. Dr Milia rocks!
A real professional !
Dr Milia always is professional and yet friendly. He tells you like it is and listens to your questions. I had a script incident, and boom Dr was on it taking care of it. Called to explain it to me. And it was the weekend!
Right Rotator cuff repair with a subacromiol decompression. Surgery went well, always easy to talk to and ask questions.
Dr. Milia performed a massive rotator cuff repair, bicep tenonesis and acromial decompression on my dominate shoulder. I found both Dr. Milia and his Brownstown office staff to be pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. My surgery and recovery pain were managed very well. The only suggestion I would have would be that the recovery staff at the surgery center give instruction on proper wearing and adjustment of the arm sling and demonstrate how to perform the after care passive arm movement.
Dr. Milia is a shoulder magician. I had both rotator cuffs repaired by him within 8 months this year. Very little pain and good recoveries. He and his staff are awesome, always keeping in touch, answering questions and keeping me informed along the way. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
Very personable and very good at what he does!
Dr. Milia has performed 2 total reverse replacement shoulder surgeries on me. The 1st one was 5 years ago (left) and just recently (right). I would highly recommend him if you have this kind of issue. He is extremely personable and is easy to discuss options with.
Very informative and very helpful to understand my condition and what was going to be done to correct it.
