Responded to the online listing that had no price (should have been red flag #1). Cathy was nice and helpful providing the price over the phone. Brendan made and sent a video quickly but did not address the 2 specific questions I asked Cathy to cover Via video. I have attempted to arrange a test drive via calls, texts, and emails over the past two days - with no responses. We are now moving on to find a more professional, responsive dealership.

this place is a joke! i have tried to buy a vehicle here 3 times and gone away empty handed start with incorrect info lack of help and lack of info wilking to provide without being in dealer with a sales guy breathing down my neck... place is a joke!!!!

As with any new purchase, it was a long afternoon, but everyone was friendly and helpful. RecommendedMy boy Rob set me up with the truck of my dreams 2019 dodge Ram3500 cummin diesel the sales team is great but there service is ok my truck was in for a transmission problem for two weeks and no one let me know what was going on I had to call them I just wish you kept me updated but last week my truck was in for service for updates and oil change fuel filter and that was great big improvement

RecommendedMy Jeep’s exhaust system started making a terrible noise on my way to work and on my way home it was roaring. I didn’t dare go home so I dropped it off at Marc Motors on my way home and they set me up. Two days later my vehicle was running like a charm again. Such great customer service!
I first inquired about a vehicle on Thursday. It took 5 employees and 4 days to purchase a new vehicle. Communication was the number 1 problem. The purchase price on their web site is very misleading. They advertise 0% interest for 72 months with incentives. This is false. The incentives only apply with financing with their bank at 6.2% with incentives. The 0% applies for sticker price only. No incentives and no negotiations.
