Was not an enjoyable purchase by any means. Very poor communication and preparation. One thing after another thing wasn't completed or taken care of. Sorry, we forgot to do this or sorry we forgot to do that. We kept hearing we're sorry, so and so never told me this or so and so never told me that. Continuously, we're sorry is what we heard.
