The dealership was very helpful with all of my questions. And unlike other dealerships, They weren't pushy or aggressive.
Do not get your car serviced here. They were charging me $250 for an $8 part. They said it was no where in town yet I found it at Auto Parts store. The guy put it on for $10 bucks while MM was going to charge me $500 total.
Know that they will do whatever it takes to make the sale, EVEN IF IT MEANS TO LIE, CHEAT, OR COMMIT FRAUD! Then when you discover it, they will DEFEND it and say that it is your fault for being agreeable to the sale in the first place!
I chose Marc Miller after being unhappy about warranty work at another dealership. They diagnosed a major problem before I left town. . A little over a month later my warranty elapsed I am glad Marc Miller caught it before it cost me! Now I don't take a chance with other shops or "fast lube" places. The service is fair to good as long as the vehicle is under warranty. But they don't stand behind their work after it is over. Took a GMC sonota in for regular oil change and asked them to ckeck out squeak in brakes. I was told that they were ok. 3,000miles later when I asked again about the squeak they tell me that I need to replace the rotor because it had a 1/16" gouge in it.
