Yeah, this guy is missing in action. Ordered and paid full price for a curio cabinet glass on 4/17/24. Have been trying to reach the company with no reply. Disputed CC. I will contact Cleveland PD to file a fraud report.
THIEF!!!! Shipped my item to Marc Konys to be fixed and paid him $400 and that was 1 year ago. NEVER rec'd my item back and he will NOT return my calls. SAVE YOUR MONEY - THIS MAN SHOULD BE IN JAIL!!!

We had to drop off an item to repair and he told us 6-8 weeks. That was a year ago now and it is a hassle to get ahold of him.
