I don’t care what anybody else says about Dr.Kaneshiro, And if you were somebody who did not have the best experience with him, then please keep in mind that he is a highly demanded doctor, and his staff is wonderful so you might just need to reach out to them, and give him another shot because he is wonderful and listens to what you actually say. I have been seeing Dr Kaneshiro in Westwood, UCLA for over three years now. This Doctor is the best Gastroenterologist I have ever seen and I’ve seen several. Doctor Kaneshiro has taken care of all of my life long stomach issues. He is kind and spends a long time listening, reviewing notes and explaining things to you. I truly appreciate the great care Dr Kaneshiro provides. Thank you!
Kaneshiro was my second go dr, and by far the worst. He disregarded important diagnostic information. I went to the Mayo Clinic and they got the mess sorted out. I just wish I never saw Kaneshiro, I’ve had 3 or 4 other GI doctors and all were a lot better at addressing my concerns.
My husband had colon cancer-stage 4-which had spread to four other organs. I knew UCLA was the best choice we had for him if he were to serve. We had the best team working with us which was headed by Dr Kaneshiro. He is KNOWLEDGEABLE, CONFIDENT, and also a teacher. He made us feel less panicked about our situation. My husband is still alive after 2 years and I know it's due to the initial care he received. "I love UCLA and the Physicians". Thank you!
