Way over budget. Way over timeline. Very little accountability. Very seldom on sight. 4 different project managers. Lots of difficulties for the all the promises made at signing. Job site left a mess everyday. All shine and no substance.

Not happy at all with his service. Hooked us up with an architect working out of his car and had no vision for what we wanted. Got a much better architect with 15 employees who charged half the price per square foot than Julien's . Make sure to shop around.
