Dr. Marc Hirsh at the Hirsh Center for Arthritis is truly amazing. He helped relieve my neck pain as well as the pain in my hands, and the improvement has been incredible. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to understand his patients. The treatments at the Hirsh Center are excellent, and the staff is very professional. Letter of Complaint: Warning to Future Patients I am writing to warn others about my experience with Dr. Mark Hirsh. In July 2019, I received a steroid injection to the MP joints of my left hand, which contained Pyro Carbon implants. I was not informed of the risks associated with injecting steroids near joint implants. Shortly after, I developed a severe infection in the adjacent PIP joints, requiring multiple surgeries and over 200 days of daily IV infusions. I give Dr Hirsh and his wonderful staff a perfect 10 I am a fellow physician and I would not go to any other Rheumatology group. Dr Hirsh Is the consummate physician-Extremely knowledgeable and professional-personable, courteous and he’s willing to spend as much time with his patient’s to allay their fears and come to an accurate diagnosis.
