the condo itself needed a deep clean, the floors were sticky & dirty. being a dark vinyl flooring it might hide dirt, but that dosent mean you just sweep. Inbetween guest the floors need to be mopped! the picturtes you have on your website of the condo & rooms need to be current. The furnishings are not what you see in the photos. There is no wicker chairs at the dinning table as pictured. No wicker kitcken stools at the counter. You have a outdoor patio chair in the livingroom, again not on website photos. I was wanting to book at this property, but their customer service is pretty terrible. They don’t know the answers to some of the questions I had and there was no one available to answer them and I’m not gonna book without being certain of a few things such as resort fees, they couldn’t even tell me what potential resort fees there would be so I’ll just have to book elsewhere.

Greatly enjoyed the room, the view, the location and Hawaii (except for the jet lag!) When we decided to extend our stay, we were able to arrange an extension easily!! Definitely recommend!

Diamond Head Beach Hotel and Residences is in a beautiful location between Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. The ocean view from our room was gorgeous. We stayed in room 1002. It was outdated and the carpet was worn and needs to be replaced. The bathroom needs an update also. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there . We hope to return again and stay at Diamond Head Beach Hotel and Residences. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.
