Summary: I had a septoplasty and a bilateral turbinate reduction. I do not recommend Dr. Weiss due to poor bedside manner after surgery. I feel taken advantage of as a patient. I was referred to Dr. Weiss after seeing an allergist for sinus problems that I’ve put on for years. I had a CT scan and saw Dr. Weiss soon afterward. He told me that no matter what I did, nothing would help unless I had surgery. I went in for hearing and jaw issues. I was told they were related to my TMJ but then schooled on my inability to listen and my need for dealing with stress better by picking up a hobby like the doctor’s—snow boarding. I was given a brain MRI just to rule out nerve issues but almost felt like I was being pacified. I left pretty upset, but after a follow up with another ENT who actually listened and took my concerns seriously and then referred me to a TMJ specialist, I realize the person off was not me. I never thought I'd give any doctor a negative review, but I just had a visit with this... I'll say "person" because I don't want to curse... and I'm still trembling. He had previously "diagnosed" me with TMJ, when I tried to ask him about my recurring ear pain that happens now twice a week and lasts for hours, and mention additional symptoms, he didn't even want to listen to me. Great Doctor who takes time with his patients, and on top of that he did a surgery to my wife with excellent outcome
