What a weird experience……….
I got scammed by this dentist office. They pulled a bait and switch on me. Giving me an initial estimate that I agreed to. Then on the day of the actual dental work they gave me a receipt that was $1500+ more than what I agreed to. These people are ripping customers off. Be aware
Called and Michelle answered the phone, get mocked for not speaking white accent, please avoid if you get "language issue".
Lost a customer. I've been coming here with my wife for cleanings and checkups until a recent unfortunate experience. Called on 7/30 to ask about getting a cleaning sooner as I would be on vacation. Was told that they would see us end of August which was a lie. The office called to confirm my separate appointment for tooth pain and I told them I should have a sooner cleaning and they said nothing was available. Very deceptive billing practices. I am not one to complain about medical bills. They were not forthcoming about accepting our insurance, and my wife never left the office without a $500 dollar hit to the credit card. When I did some research, I discovered they do not accept my insurance. When I questioned Michelle at the front desk about this, she explained that they “accept MetLife, but they don’t participate in it”.
