Work there the egos are something.try competition with all the guys that been there for 20 years enjoy having yourself feeling bad he will tell you don't come in on Monday or Tuesday it's raining all the other guys they are working Tony is one of the worst bosses ever...that why he's always LOOKING FOR PEOPLE. LOL and all the Tom's are sabotage your job if you don't kiss that you won't have a chance....Tony hopefully this helps
