I had a baby 11 days ago at 33 weeks gestation. He is a preemie and is still in the NICU. He is recieving the best care I could ever imagine! His team of nurses, residents, dietitians and the neonatologist are so easy to communicate with. They truly care about him and our family. I appreciate all of the help and support from lactaion, the social workers and the psychologust. I was well taken care of as well in labor and delivery and in the mother baby unit. My granddaughter had to have surgery.Treated us (the whole family) with much care. Always willing to answer questions. Kept us up to date on what was happening and why it was happening. Made us feel like we were part of the Team---working with us and not just working ON us.
I can't say enough good things about this hospital. From the ER to the discharge, the staff was amazing. Very thorough and precise in their diagnosis and treatment.
