RecommendedPerfect stop for date night after Moody Gardens Festival of Lights!
Visited the Galveston location last night & I have to say I was shocked at the cost of $36 for 3 cones & 2 (kiddie) cups w/a few gummy bears on top. Really!?!?! It’s ice cream! Plus, the two, young employees, while nice enough, stayed on their phones during our 20min stay.
Staff was super rude and just stared at us. Barely used any toppings unlike other marble slabs we have visited. Guy was a dick.
Out of multiple basic items, staff unprepared and unfamiliar with menu and how to make items.
We have been there twice. The first time was very good. Now the second time which was 05/31 was not so good. We got two banana splits and they hardly had any ice cream or toppings. We were very disappointed after waiting in a long line and slow service only to get short changed on an $8 banana split x2.
