Came here for many years while living on the island. However, after today I won't be back. Allowing people to cut in line while we are currently being served is unacceptable even if they submitted an online order. You don't drop the customer in front of you that's been waiting to serve the person that enters the building when you have 1 worker on staff. Horrible customer service, old lady was a total dick. Go to Ben & Jerrys they have a really great American staff super friendly
I am curious to know why if the place is closed at 10 o’clock and it’s 1030 Google says they’re open till 11 and there’s still an entire lobby full of people hanging out I get turned away
