The one employee was very rude and refused to make my order as they didn’t want to. It was my first time here very unsatisfied

I am very disappointed with the ice cream cake I just picked up from this store. I asked for Astro’s blue and orange and it was baby blue and orange and for it to say “Happy Birthday Smitty” and I got it and it said “Happy Birthday SMITH”. Then I asked him to fix it and he just sloppily scraped off the H and wrote over it. It looks like something my 7 yr old could have decorated. I apologize for this experience. We always go above and beyond to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase and our service. I reached out to the employee working at Marble Slab to find out what happened. Misspelling a name seems like an honest mistake and since it requires at least 48 hour + notice in advance for special request cake, in this situation , the employee thought that they didn’t have any choice but to erase the name and re-write it.
