We had an awful experience. It was our first time there and they offered no samples and they failed to explained the process to us. We had no idea it was unlimited add ins. My daughter disliked hers and was broken hearted- she was so looking forward to it! Also, it was just plain dirty. No clean tables and food all over the floor. Plain gross!
Customer service bad. Very rude servant skipped my friend and started serving people behind him. And he was with two others who were already getting served. The rude servant helped five girls before serving my friend. Of course my other friends were almost done when he got served. Very rude. We will not return.
