Doesn’t actually open at 11:30. I chose to wait with my two small children for time to open. We were standing outside at 11:40. (We had already been waiting since 11:15) Online and on the door of the establishment it clearly states 11:30. A gentleman informed us that “since covid” they were now opening at 12. There was also another woman waiting. I thought that this was very unprofessional. They could at least post a note on the door. Total waist of time.
Ice cream was delicious but not a single employee was wearing gloves not even when handling the ice cream

I never complain, but this was so disappointing after my last visit. Went there on a Friday, had an order for my parents and myself/husband. The server seemed irritated at my order. There was only one person literally in there, so I didn’t understand. I asked for an extra bag, told they ran out. Even after all that, I still tipped as we always do. Store needs to be cleaned.
What horrible customer service! Arrived at Marble Slab st 9:15 with a long line out the door. No problem. We waited out turn for about 30 minutes while the 3 kids working took their sweet time. 30 minutes later it was Finally our turn. We were then informed they had shut the slab off, so they could be out on time., despite the long line and we could only get ice cream.
