My kids picked their grandma up from the nursing home and took her to get an ice cream. She was served her ice cream and after the first bite it slipped from her hand. It fell to the floor and upset her. The folks at Marble Slab said they would get her another ice cream at her cost. We will never use them again. Thanks.
16 June 2019: Wife picked up a quart and got charged $16.99 for quart. When she confronted that we paid $9.99 last time. The lady said she didn't know but the price is $16.99. They didnt even have any prices listed on a menu board. She looked up price on a piece of paper. Checked another store in Pearland and their quart price with mix in is $7.99. The ice cream and staff were wonderful! Management needs to schedule more staff during busy times. 1 person on a Friday night is not good staff management.
Walked in, stood there. Stood there some more. We looked at the cakes. A man saw us from the back, didn't come out. They were completely empty. We waited some more then left. I guess the ice cream business is so good that they don't need my money. I'm actually broken hearted. I came for a cake, and some cones.
