A big thank you to Daniel who came by for a late dinner at the restaurant I work at tonight. He had no clue that I was having such a day. And he had no idea I had told myself a sweet treat would be nice after a long day...but he introduced me to your ice cream store and it was amazing! It really hit the spot tonight! I will return again!
Went to pick up my cake the employees told me they could not find the cake. They knew that it had been made but they could not find the cake.

Not open at 12 noon for my grandson's birthday cake. No owner number. The worst is that I paid in advance. So sad to disappoint my grandson. These people are not dependable.

The employee who served us made it obvious that she does not enjoy her job. She made no attempt to greet us when she came up front. She actually washed her hands and then turned around and leaned against the back counter and just stared at us like we had three eyes. The product is always good, but this girl failed big time at making us feel welcome and like our purchase was valued. Customer service fail.
