I had a good experience working with Julie. She was helpful in dealing with the ambiguity and slow pace of the home-buying process, and she kept me updated by text when there were changes or updates from the seller. She also helped negotiate a lower price that was more in line with what I felt the property was actually worth. The sellers were difficult at times, and I didn’t always feel there was enough support from the selling agent or legal side of the sale, but Julie helped me work through those situations.
