My 84 year old pretty sick father had a 2pm appointment. The office had an equipment malfunction that began in the morning. Tthe receptionist insisted that she called to let us know and also said she did not leave a voicemail. We confirmed she had the right contact phone number for us. But I have no call from her office registered on my phone or any number at all even with the office area code. I highly doubt I was called.
