Less than 3 days after moving into the unit in the month of December 2019,I start seeing water pouches in the wall along with tiny dark spots.I contacted the lady at the office to let her know I think there is mold in my bedroom. Her maintenance men came out ,they bleached the walls and then they painted over it and put a fan to dry it.Less Than a couple days later it came back I contacted the lady again and she will tell me that her maintenance supervisor said I using my oven to keep warm as to why the walls are moist.From ... read more
I'm a new tenant about to move in,in a few weeks, Ms Gwen is humane ,reliable ,dedicated and a professional person. Filling out my application i came a cross some hitches ,w h ich I couldn't figure out ,I call the office ,Ms Gwen walk me through the process patiently ,each time I came across hitches I call her repeatedly,and she never exhibit any form of annoyance to my many phone calls ,for me that speaks great volume of her,keep up the good work Ms Swann.You made my day .continue of your path.
