The apartment had severe mold and air quality issues that caused serious health problems during my stay. To make matters worse, the manager and HH Red Stone, which owns this property, were completely indifferent and negligent. I was even charged a cleaning fee upon moving out for damage caused entirely by the building's mold and systemic issues. They treat certain tenants incredibly unfairly. Rent here at your own risk.
I just recently was approved for my new place and I just want to thank Ms.Gwen for all her help. Amazing person she was heaven sent. The first impressions goes a long way
If you are thinking of living at Marble Hall just know, CHOOSE THE NON-STUDENT SIDE WITH MS GWENDOLYN. She is amazing and helps to settle any issues immediately. The student side of Marble Hall is a MESS. The staff are incompetent and rude. It is not worth the money paid to not only have a roommate in an extremely tiny room but also live with roaches. My experience with the Assistant Property Manager Ms. Gwen Swann was a chef’s kiss. I could probably go on and on, she is just phenomenal and she cares about the students at Morgan State University. If there’s anything that you need or any questions that you have concerning the property, she makes sure they are addressed immediately.
