Told to come in on a Friday call day before sorry dentist not here that was for to fix cavity. So rescheduled thinking getting tooth fixed nope cleaning. So having to again schedule for cavity sent to wrong location. So got back to sylacauga ladies behind the desk rolling eyes at us a whispering. I will take my business elsewhere so unprofessional.
My 2 children had their cleaning appointments yesterday and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience. We were greeted with smiles at the front desk and they received excellent care from the hygienists! We love Dr. Curtis!
My family and I received outstanding service from Christy, Karlee, and the entire staff. We highly recommend the services provided by this business!
They have the fastest and most friendly service and they accept Medicaid.
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Curtis and his staff. My son loss his two front teeth over a year ago and he has been hoping that the new teeth would finally come in but they never did. During our last appointment, my son told the dental assistant about his teeth not coming in. My son opened up emotionally and explained how he is being bullied and treated so badly at school by his classmates because of his missing teeth.
