Another update 06/12/2026: Maintenance will forever be our favorites lol. We have been experiencing so many issues, but they are always there to help. Update: currently still experiencing black mold on the roof of our master bedroom and our dryer has repeated issues. Personally I think the dryer should be replaced, but that out of my control 🥹 Nonetheless, the maintenance is awesome for always showing up and helping with repairs/issues. Management is also sending more frequent updates so sounds like they are improving -end ... read more
I live here and been living here for about 14 years, this place is filled with trash everywhere, neighbors always smoking weed making everywhere smell bad, overgrown grass, dog poop on my front porch, and my neighbors and people shooting other people with bb guns and other stuff, people having bugs in there house and it's coming into our house and we tell the complex, they dont do anything
This page is dedicated to concord management " Alisha and Joseph and especially the maintenance team Alex and Rudy you all did a great perfect job all together very professionally done for my move in date I'm grateful for all you've done for me the apartment was ready and perfect and I appreciate that very much from the bottom of my heart! I give you all more then 5 stars because you all deserve it .....love Miriam....
