I just moved into this apartment but it has not been a pleasant experience at all. There are roaches both outside and inside and the fumigation does nothing to them. Secondly my dryer got an issue with the on and off switch, and for 2 weeks after putting in work order, it has not been attended to, I take my clothes to laundromat to clean. Again, some other switches likely tripped off somewhere as they went out simultaneously, and they have not addressed that after 1 week of reporting that. Want to give thanks to Rudy the maintenance man for always going above and beyond his work! No matter what it is he will jump on it right away and get it done before the day is over! A huge thank you to him always! Over all Marbella has a great maintenance team thank you guys!
I love the maintinance team from marbella pointe. Begining with Rudy & Jonathan. They are very diligent. I connot be more happy with them.
