Amazing place! Well kept, and the second tower some work in progress but quite promising. Practically all amenities are in walking distance even a Costco! Niagara Falls is just 10 min away! Love the neighbourhood.
While this condo may boast a modern design, it has significant issues that need to be addressed. Many essential amenities are incomplete; the grass remains unkempt, and the garbage chutes are consistently out of service. When repairs are needed, they take far too long to be resolved. Security is another pressing concern. As an elderly woman returning home from work around midnight, I should feel safe, not constantly looking over my shoulder.
