The products and stabilizer I purchased were excellent. I was sadly disappointed by the extremely high shipping cost.
I ordered 6 sheets of white puff foam and 2 sheets of gold. Marathon West sent me 8 gold sheets instead. No white puff at all. This mistake completely delayed a 100-hat order, forced me to push back my customer, and made me miss a deadline. This wasn’t a small inconvenience this directly affected my business. When I called to resolve the issue, the representative was extremely rude and dismissive.
