The experience with this inspection company has been extremely frustrating. After 3 reinspections and them changing their appointment times (after having to drive 45 minutes to meet them at the property) they refused to wait for 10 minutes for the contractor to arrive to address any issues. Having worked with many companies, this is by far the worst experience we have had
