Cheng my first contact, he had to measure my square footage, which he spent plenty of time so I understood very clear on what I could expect to take place to rid the house of the termites. He never once made me feel like he was trying to sell something. Then, two very polite pro activity pest control employees arrived and proceeded to begin drilling holes, filling them and then plugging them.
