Great place to be fitted into the correct pair of running shoes. I had a nagging injury and was about to give up running and they did a visual gait analysis and put me into a shoe that corrected issue.
Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and eternally helpful. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and always get 5 star service.

Came in yesterday looking for a pair of proper running shoes. Brian (sp?) was extremely helpful in evaluating my gait and bringing out different types of shoes to try. Went running today and my flat feet really appreciate the support of my new Hoka shoes. Student discount much appreciated. Will definitely be coming back!
I love a store that stands by its products, just like Marathon Sports. NOT! I bought a pair of Newton Galaxy's for $175 two months ago. Due to a foot injury I have barely worn them. Run no more than 5 miles. The sole is already flopping off so I take them back to the store expecting to be able to exchange them as they are obviously defective. I always leave the Sound Runner happy! I brought my last pair of running shoes with me - I loved the fit the staff found for me so much I wanted something just as perfect in a new pair. The wonderful woman who helped me this time found the EXACT SAME PAIR in another store for me even though it was "last year's model." They were shipped to me for free in 3 days with a sweet note inside to enjoy them! Amazing customer experience. Can't wait to go for a run tomorrow. Thank you Sound Runner!!
