I've been into the store a couple of times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. As a fairly new runner, going into a running store can feel intimidating because you question if you really "belong" there; However, everyone I've worked with there has been welcoming. The first time, they fitted me for running sneakers and they're recommendation was dead on! Today, a friendly staffer helped me select a water bottle I can use while running. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable!! They spent time helping us with nutritional supplements.
The Dunkin launch was terrible from a customer service perspective. The associates gave conflicting answers and the web site kept deleting my cart with only ONE pair of shoes. I was following the rules, but the technology wasn't. Bad launch, poor service, zero responses.
Jessica (Assistant Store Manager) at Marathon Sports (Boston) is awesome!� She went above and beyond - and showed that she truly understands what customer service is all about. Kudos to Jessica!!
Was fitted by Kayleigh a few weeks ago, fantastic and patient and I thought I loved my shoes- did for a few weeks and then pain struck - went back and got refitted by Kayleigh again, exchanged my old shoes no questions asked, now hoping they are the winners! Thanks for an awesome experience, you have earned a lifelong customer!
