Their employees are very kind and knowledgeable. I’m a fairly new runner and I’ve already bought two pairs of sneakers!! Their running club is incredibly welcoming.

Super knowledgeable, professional & personable staff. Helped me buy my first pair of serious running shoes & subsequent pairs as well. 10/10, definitely would recommend you stop by this store if you're visiting Boston from out of town!

a total disaster. Staff not competent in identifying potential clients, closing a deal or knowing what they have in stock Shop manager Ray, needs some competencies tests and possible training. Very bad experience
