This is the absolute worse management company. It feels as if they do not care about the relationship with their residents. No calls back ever. I mean NEVER. THEY NEVER ADDRESS ISSUES. Just sitting behind a desk collecting a pay check. Dicks.
Absolutely awful management company. Filled with rude staff and money hungry managers. Water bill always seems to be inaccurate and they use their own “telemetry system”.. All around, my partner and I are so glad we moved out. Nothing but a disappointment to pay a lot of money for cheap construction and managers that don’t ever want to help or “be there” for their tenants. As soon as you move in, they don’t care about your needs. Awful, just awful. Renters beware.
Absolutely rude staff. Never returns phone calls. Constantly lies about getting security into the parking areas. WHAT A SAD SAD COMPANY. Stay away unless you love lies and headaches
This was the worst rental screening process I have ever been through. If you have pets, don't bother renting here. They use 3rd parties for everything and no one knows the truth of a persons application status. My roommates and I completed our application but bc they use a 3rd party to do the pet screening it took 2 extra weeks just to review our application. The guy running this place is a joke! DO Not rent from them!!! Stuff will go missing from your apartment even though I'm the only one that has a key and they do! Corrupt practices! I have notified plenty of authorities! SCAM!Get out now!!!!UPDATE! Marathon will not call me back. What more info do you need. Can't even comment on the Facebook page! SCAM!!!! Stole my 9mm gun from my apartment! I had to have Clackamas County Sheriff contact management to get name's.
