Costco, Matthews N C…. I hold memberships at both Sam’s Club and Costco. Always preferred Costco, but no more. After having 3 of their employees, being rude and arrogant, my club of choice from now on is definitely Sam’s. I purchased two items, “2” and upon leaving, the “checker” actually lifted up one of my purchases, which was a big bag of popcorn and looked underneath to see if I was stealing. Really? This last incident is not the first time I found the employees to be rather CURT. I will gladly shop at Sam’s instead.

Buyer Beware, Poor Customer Care and Service by Lisa C, please seek second opinion. Scheduled a sick visit at this location, requesting a test for suspected flu. In an evaluation taking less than 5 minutes, was denied the test, told to treat with OTC meds and good luck. This was after being on OTC meds for 2+ weeks. A week later with no improvement, the symptoms progressed into a lower respiratory infection with pneumonia risk. Treated with prescriptions and much improved within a week. Honestly I don't feel that I have ever received better medical treatment from and clinic. This place is the best.
