Absolutely love this location. Michelle is exceptional. She takes the time to listen and to explain things. They have expanded their staff, having recently hired someone away from my primary care physician's office. She is also top-notch. I love that you can make an appointment and be seen on time. I have never had to wait. As with any other medical practice, I understand that appointments with Michelle may be more challenging to obtain, especially when considering her online reviews. I have never had a negative experience here! I now use this as my PCP. Michelle is attentive and caring. She does what she can to work with you and your concerns. I feel like she truly cares about my health. And the front desk staff has always been welcoming and helpful!
The appointments are very few and far between. I ended up settling for a telehealth appointment cuz that was the soonest I could get, rather than wait 5 days- and I needed a doctor's note for work. The doctor never sent me the doctor's note! I will update if I try this place again.
My husband and I both have switched to Michelle @ Hanover marathon for our primary care. She is the most thorough provider either of us has ever met with! She truly cares about us and takes time to listen. We also see Shardea who is also amazing. We're so glad HCPS is with marathon.
Never appointments available at Hanover Clinic, they always send me to Richmond, never NP available, always busy. I just go to my PCP who’s minutes away from my house.
