Dr. Isam is courteous and always listens to my concerns.
Dr. Marar Isam was Very dismissive of my symptoms. I had been in ER 3 times in 1 week in mid October 2025. Having anaphylaxis to food not normally allergic to,very weak, tired, dizzy, passed out are some of my symptoms. I was trying to figure out what was happening . I needed new hypothyroid medicine as I have been reacting since I started it in 2013 getting worse. I saw him end of October 2025. He came in room and asked me if I was treating my anxiety. Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Not a good look to have the that lady be the first person people deal when calling or entering as receptionist are the first people patients see… Haven’t met the doctors, so hopefully they are more kind and professional.
Just changed to Dr. Marar. He changed my medication’s right away and seems to be actively participating in my care. I was with a different endocrinologist for many years that didn’t seem to care so I’m happy to say that Dr. Marar listens to my symptoms and understands and I think he’s gonna be a great doctor!
Waiting time is terrible! Bedside manners leave something to be desired.
