I want thank everyone at Marano Eye care. I just got cataract surgery a week ago and I’m so happy with my treatment. Dr. Sherief Raouf was amazing as was his staff. I was finally able to drive at night and not be completely blinded. I’m looking forward to doing my left eye at the end of the month. I recommend this place for all who need eye care. Thank you Dr. Raouf for everything. May God bless you all.
In all my visits I felt well cared for. The staff kept is knowledgeable and Dr. Morano has a gentle yet confidence which I find important when I’m trusting him with my eyes. Everything flows smoothly and I feel well in cared for at each visit.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. It appears to have gone downhill significantly between my visits several years ago and my recent visit, both in the quality of care and the office maintenance. The specific issues were: 1. On my second recent visit, the doctor and his assistant examined the WRONG EYE and not the one with the corneal injury. I asked the assistant about this and he said "the doctor's notes were unclear". 2. The doctor said he would request a refill of the prescription eye drops. This never happe... read more
I made an appointment for 1/23/26 told them what insurance I have they said they accept my Horizon insurance through Medicaid. However, close to my appointment I was told there was a problem w my insurance so I had to cancel my appointment. I called my insurance company and they said my insurance is still active. I called the office today and asked the receptionist to run my insurance again because my insurance company said it's active.
