SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I had an appointment schedule a week in advance with the price. When I arrived she asked if I brought curly hair. She never told me to bring my own hair anytime leading up to my appointment. I had to leave my scheduled appointment, find a hair store near by and then I had to go back to my appointment (she started a hour later then the scheduled time).
