We often see Dana, his PA. We love her!
He does not deserve 1 star. I have no idea how this man holds a license. He told me a medication would not make MS worse and it does.
Dr. Maraist and his staff were all extremely polite, courteous, and professional. I did not have to wait very long at all either in the waiting room or in the examining room. Dr. Maraist was extremely personable and answered all of my many questions. No problems whatsoever.
Self-assertive, arrogant & belittled me as a patient. I saw him roughly a yr w/no progress. Symptoms: leg weakness, numbness, arm/leg/back pain,walking/balance issues. Gave me 3 things that could cause it, but was very apprehensive to diagnose. If Dr Maraist did a full workup, he would have found I had MS, but instead he became more even more apprehensive & he wanted to send me to a psychiatrist as he thought my issues were all mental. Enter second opinion & MS diagnosis 6 months later.
I saw Dr. Maraist for several years-until we moved to Tennessee. I absolutely loved him. He was practical about my MS and me. He took the time to get to know me and recommended what he thought was best. I saw a neurologist here, in TN, and actually called his office for a second opinion. I hope to find another neurologist who has the same bedside manner and the same common sense as Dr. Maraist. Otherwise, it's going to be a long commute! Yes, If I can't find anyone like him, I'll drive!
Nothing like I expected! Dr. Maraist and his staff were very nice!
dr. todd is the best doctor i have had the privilege to see over the years that i have had my issues. he is always helpful with trying new things even though there isnt many things out there to help. i wouldnt go to anyone else.
To put it simply Dr. Maraist is the best. He fixed my neck pain problem and I have since sent friends and acquaintances to him and everyone thinks as I do he is the greatest. Jim Sharp
I absolutely love Dr. Maraist and his staff they are kind, professional, friendly and helpful. I was sent to Dr. Maraist for Carpal Tunnel testing. My results were aweful. He is amazing he will talk your medical options and treatment choices over with you. He is honest, and will shoot you straight. I ended up having to have surgery on both hands. He treats me for Migraines as well. He treats his Medicaide and Medicare patients with the same respect and kindness as his other patients.
