I can attest that the difference in posture and mobility is vastly improved following a bodywork trestment with Mara. I work out of the same clinic and see a difference in her patients after each session. She is an innovator after 20 years of bodywork. She’s very passionate and has a unique method incorporating breathwork and lymphatic drainage. Mara is excellent at assessing your body, identifying what areas need work, and giving you a plan to make improvements for more functional movement that will better your quality of life.
