$300 for a urine sample + $800 for bloodwork + visit fee is an actual joke. Any vca , Berkeley pet hospital is $360 for urine AND bloodwork, plus $70 for a visit. It’s messed up to rob people like his when they are vulnerable because of ill pets. Will never ever go here.
All employees are friendly and helpful. VPet dr is very caring and attentive, Our pets are well cared for at this vet office. Prices are reasonable as vet bills run and Dr. will work with you to determine what will work within your budget.
Our experience with Mar Vista Animal Medical Center was egregious enough that I want to caution other pet parents. Our dog, Odessa, has had at least 4 appointments over the past two years in which one of the Mar Vista vets listened to her heart and gave her at least a cursory general exam, and she always received a clean bill of health. Took a friend's here w her cat they really helped Golden Boy ..he was in pain and needed a tooth out! She raves about this particular pet hospital.$$$$$$
