theodore did an awesome job cleaning my carpets and sofa! he worked fast and made sure to explain what he was doing, which i really appreciated. he even found two earrings i had lost a while ago! he also shared why their carpet cleaning equipment is better than most others, since it uses five rotating agitators instead of just a regular wand, which really gets deep into the carpet fibers. those old stains that i could never remove, some that had been there for years, are now completely gone. he even got out some stubborn sli... read more
