truthfully, i didn t think there was much hope for the carpet, but i was wrong. Once the team finished the deep carpet cleaning, it looked vastly better and much fresher. Short of replacing it, this was the best thing we could have done for the carpet. javier and luis were very professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole service. When they arrived in Del Mar, they quickly set up the equipment and got right to work. one technician started the carpet cleaning while the other checked the remaining rooms, looked ove... read more
After looking around for a company that really knows how to clean handwoven Persian rugs, I’m very happy I chose this rug cleaning service. Luis and Javier were a great team and gave my rug careful handling, solid knowledge, and excellent service from start to finish. Luis answered all of my questions in a friendly and patient way, which made me feel comfortable trusting them with such an important piece. Not long after I scheduled the service, Javier arrived for the rug pickup and was just as polite, professional, and under... read more
I almost forgot to leave a review until a friend came over and asked if I had bought a new couch. That reminded me because my sofa really looks refreshed and almost brand new after the cleaning. Mar Steam Team did an excellent job with both the upholstery cleaning and the carpet cleaning, and the whole room looks much brighter and cleaner now. Theodore was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained the carpet cleaning process clearly, and once we sorted out a small scheduling detail about the area under a rug, e... read more
We recently hired Mar Steam Team to clean the carpets in our rental home after hearing great word-of-mouth recommendations, and they did an excellent job. Since we were away, we left a key, and the technician arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and treated the home with respect. The carpets looked fresh, clean, and well restored, and the whole service felt easy and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear, prompt, and better than what we have experienced with other carpet cleaning services.... read more
They were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about Mar Steam Team. I was able to schedule carpet cleaning on short notice before a busy holiday week when other companies were fully booked, and the service was excellent from start to finish. They arrived a little later than I expected but still within the promised window, and once they got started they never rushed. Javier and Luis took their time and made sure every carpeted room, hallway, area rug, and even my couch was cleaned with real care. Even though it was late... read more
