After we had some water get onto our basement carpet in Del Mar, I called for carpet cleaning help. Javier arrived quickly to check out the problem and gave us some good advice. We thought we might need to rip out and replace all the carpet, but Javier explained that since our basement flooring is commercial grade with no padding, we could just wet-vac the area, dry it out using fans and a dehumidifier, apply an antimicrobial treatment, and then get the carpets professionally cleaned in a week. I’ve had Mar Steam Team come out to clean our carpets several times, and I’m always very happy with the results. They are always friendly, arrive right on schedule, and keep me informed throughout the entire carpet cleaning process. The carpets look fresh and spotless every time.
