I live in one of the properties managed by them. This is one of the first management companies I have seen who is not greedy and doesn't hike rents every year, keeping the place economical to stay. Always respond promptly. The staff is amazing and friendly. Always treats you well with respect.

Experience has been wonderful dealing with Mar Properties so far. Will continue to update. I am confused as to why this other person left a review. It is off topic and irrelevant. She's mad because of a postcard? Bizarre.

These people claim they sent me a postcard and never did. Then called me multiple times while I was sick and sleeping to see if I wanted to sell my house since I didn’t respond to their postcard. If I wanted to sell I would have responded! Tired of being badgered by this company. Terrible customer service.
