They don’t respect appointments times, lie about calls stating you agreed to a change in appointment time, show up with attitudes and the manager hangs up on you when she you stand up for your rights, point out their lies and can’t make something up anymore. Most of the staff here is book educated but lack common sense, and common courtesy sad to see such youthful. People waste their talents With their nose in a book and I have no empathy for their consumers
