One of their trucks just ran a yellow light at Yosemite and Mansfield, but guessing by the other comments on here, their management cares about as much as their drivers do.
I don't hire Marcan directly, my townhome's HOA does that; therefore, I don't know if the HOA pays them for us to be the last and worst serviced property or not. While all other neighboring properties have clean dry sidewalks after a snow, we wait almost an entire day longer. When they do show up, they do a shoddy job leaving entire walkways blocked. Mar Can Landscape is the best and was hoping they had a Facebook page. I just gave them a shout out for getting out there this morning to shovel our walkways/sidewalks. They are the best all year round! HOWEVER: This Spring, they have been taking buckets of water from my townhome without my consent and we have a water bill to pay, They can at least out of courtesey ask if it's OK and this is the 2nd time I've seen this so the second time my dog barked at theguy and scard them away. I hired Mar Can Landscape for some residential landscaping, and experienced several issues that were not properly resolved. I would not recommend this company. I am so disappointed in the quality of the service provided as well as the customer service. Here are two brief descriptions of the terrible service I received. 1. The mulch delivery was supposed to be coordinated with me so that I could be home to spread it. Never used this company before but I was at King Soopers this morning and a man driving one of your trucks cursed and shouted a racial slur at an elderly Asian guy who was simply crossing the street. You should realize that when you are driving your company vehicle you are representing your company.
