Was seeking help today and whoever was on the phone was simply awful and had no clue about the business or anything about the psychiatrist. I was asking simple questions on how to start a service and she just had no idea on anything at all. We are having issues with addiction and whoever answered was completely drab and totally uncaring on our situation. Hire someone who has a little knowledge on how to educate people struggling with addiction.
My husband and I have been seeking a new Dr to continue our care. We came across Dr Lytton. And had our first appointment today. I have to say that her entire team is so helpful, and so passionate about recovery. They have treated us like PEOPLE which sadly isn’t always the case in this field. They’re friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We look forward to working with Jessica, Tammy, and Dr Lytton for years to come! Thank you map for recovery team for being there when we needed you the most!
